Picard Documentary, Well Done, Premieres at the Victoria Film Festival February 6th

Following star chefs Martin Picard of the famed restaurant Au Pied de Cochon, and Normand Laprise of the equally celebrated Toqué in Montreal, this film exposes the nitty-gritty underbelly of the culinary world. Travelling with the chefs to Quebec, Lyon, Hong Kong and Spain, the crew experiences their passion for sourcing, experimenting with and cooking incredible food. The Victoria Film Festival starts February 1st, and the documentary, Well Done (Dure à cuire) airs on the 6th.
